Question A few Questions about MK9

Who would you guys recommend I pick up to start with? I have KL, Smoke, Sektor, and Cyrax in mind.

KL is a little easier but I say Cyrax. His combos are really fun and if resets aren't your thing he still has high damage non-reset combos.

No it isn't. It's based off the fighting game standards and expectations, which are NOT subjective, there is a specific checklist/requirement standard that fighting games go by and MK9 beats out the rest based off rating.

"Fighting game standards and expectations" sounds iffy to me.

Even so, please tell me the details on how MK9 beats out the rest, for I would be glad to read them!
