But honestly theres no time to use it besides after a np and why do that when u can jail for more damage off 114 and have mixup potential.

Jailing s4 off anything is a nightmare, and comboing on hit from s4 skc is a bit tricky. There is just no reason. Only situation would be after a jail if the person is respectful as fuck. But really it is just like excess plus frames off a terrible starter. And why use it if everything else jails anyway

Its not difficult to excecute but its a slow as shit, single hit high.
