Well that is why Jason/LF ware in MK and Arbiter and Raam are in an Xbox-exclusive FG.
KI has more support than any NRS game ever will get. Let's not forget that it came out the same year as Injustice did. Oh yea, nobody knows what that game is anymore...

They only adding them in ki to get the fan base of both games to play ki but that won't happen people say I'm competitive fps tps yet they won't learn how to play fighting game
Basically less input like instead pressing light medium for linker I just press one of those buttons and no down quarter back for ender you do forward ender just much easier then before. You have the option to take it off but I leave it on for Hisako she's the only character I can't play without it
It was added in a couple of months ago to help new players adjust to the combo system. With it on, you only have to do face inputs once the combo system kicks in, no directions. It helps people understand what combos should look like and how they will time but give non-optimal outcomes so it is inferior to someone actually going for setups or optimal damage.
Idk everything about Jason is pretty godlike in this game, I love his look and his playstyle. The animations for all his normals and strings are so badass. He's hype as fuck in to tournament. He's perfect honestly
Yeah it might get some people to crossover but I don't think it will do too much. I know for a fact that Arbiter and RAAM aren't going to get me to go buy a Halo or Gears game lol though I will admit Rash's inclusion has made me a little interested in Battletoads. it would be cool if MS could release a Battletoads collection with all the games on one disc or something, id try it out
Yeah, I never understood the hate here in MK for guest characters.
I'd get that logic if they had Michael Myers as their dlc or something...but they picked three different things that were all at least somewhat interesting. "Movie killer with a mask" is literally ALL there is to Jason and Leatherface. Not that there's any debating this point with you as you appear to be a Leatherface main.
Yes I am a Leatherface main (also a Cassie main). But there is MUCH more to Jason and Leatherface then just "guy with a mask". Leatherface actually has a depressing backstory (same with Jason). I don't really feel like typing their whole life story (I could if people wanna hear my horror movie dorkyness tho), but I highly suggest reading up on them sometime. They have some well written backstory.
Rare Replay has 2 Battletoads games in it, plus other stuff obviously.

I suppose I simply don't understand what that has to do with making an interesting fighting game character, but I'll admit I'm a little narrow minded on the subject lol. I won't force the issue any more, as you probably know more about the characters than I do, and I'll just stick with what you were saying and say to each their own.
