throw

I found a way to combo from Havik's throw using Sub Zero Kameo, the damage scaling is horrendous and probably not the easiest to pull off in a real online game but I think it's a cool concept. I still need to test this with other Kameos to see if it's even possible with them or if they can get...

1) more frames to tech and/or 2) take away 50/50 of throws. Personally I wouldn’t want the latter, but I do think the tech window could be a couple frames longer. What do you think?
