Legendary Gear and their Augments

Have you, since your post, acquired some more info on this? I talked to the guy who got it first before, but he said he only got extremely crappy rewards. Did your brother get that 50k more often?
All he ever got was the 50k, & I did see him get it Twice in a row but other than that time the contract doesn't seem to drop too often no

From Takeda to Robin
Someone already unlocked Green Arrow's. Unfortunately I can't post the pictures but it changes his arrows to Robin Hood Arrows, Night Night Arrows, and Boom Stick Arrows.

  • Robin Hood: Loads Green Arrow's quiver with two Robin Hood Arrows that steal Super Meter from opponent. (two arrows steal about half a meter bar)

  • Nighty Night: Loads Green Arrow's quiver with a single Sleeping Gas Arrow. (brings opponent to there knees for a few seconds, arrow is also a little slower it seems)

  • Boom Stick: Loads Green Arrow's quiver with three Explosive Arrows. (knocks down opponent)

Someone obtained Robin's Legendary Sword, but I'm kind of disappointed with the effects. The only noticible effect is that it changes the startup animation of his super.

Although I am disappointed with the augments, I do love the aesthetic of the sword.

You do realize that also turns Robin's Supermove into a full screen move in addition of the animation change, right? It's actually a pretty cool thing.

Like I said, I like the aesthetic, but I don't like the augment. It's kind of boring and uninteresting in my opinion.

I didn't mean the aesthetic, I meant the properties. Robin's regular Supermove is a close range one, but with this Legendary he can do it from full screen which makes the Super more useful.

Anyone got a good way to get the 3000 minutes? I am playing WW a lot but still, this is a steep hill to climb.
I'm in the exact same boat, CatWoman and WonderWoman both have 3000 minutes required, I basically ONLY play these two and have only racked up just about 1000 minutes after achieving over 1000 wins requirement and all epic/rare gear sacrifices.

The best way I have found is to set the AI to runaway and zone, this makes the clock run more. But even then its not much.

Has anyone obtained the legendary gear for doctor fate, cyborg, or captain cold yet?
Captain Cold's trait charges super fast, but the trade off is that it slowly degenerates.

Cyborg has an added effect to all his projectiles, does like a damage over time "dark matter" effect.

Dr. Fate gains ankhs randomly from doing specials and combos I'm pretty sure, similar to how CatWoman's trait works.

Cyborg's is the only one that looks cool, Fates and Colds are ass.
They're up on YouTube if you wanna have a look

Here is Poison Ivy's Gear, the one I'm going for ATM, and it looks very good. It allows Night Shade to stay in the match the whole time, only that you only get one shot with him any time before you can use it again, but then you don't have to deal with Night Shade's planting start-up.

We also got info the Gorilla Grodd's Legendary Gear, and this is one FUCKING dope! It allows you to LITERALLY see the inputs of your opponent!

I don't know if they changed Atros' legendary, but it's not that OP as yall think it is. You get one Dex-starr shot / shield / string before it goes on a small cooldown (around 3 seconds).

My normal gameplan is once I get cat out, I go into vomit cancel + blood ball pressure to get corner carry and chip, and see if they crouch f22 by doing f22 vomit + ball. The thing is, with the legendary gear, I can no longer do my normal pressure strings (f22 vomit, ball, f12 vomit, ball etc.).

This makes it so that Dex can only: keep a blocked nado safer (but the dude can still armor bouce), extend / restand (still useful), and the occasional b233 to catch the opponents off guard. But you can't just throw out blood balls and shields anymore (remember, there is a cooldown).

TLDR: Cat is always out, but each ball / shield / cat string will put Cat into a cooldown around 3 seconds. You can no longer throw out shields and blood balls all willy nilly, but you get more consistent restands / combo extensions.

Got the Poison Ivy Legendary Gear not to long ago, and it's fun to use and it's great overall. Yes you get only one shot with Night Shade, and the cooldown is still there, but like I said, you no longer have to deal with the start-up of planting Night Shade, so once the cooldown is over you can shot the Night Shade projectile at will and get it exactly at the moment you want, so you can time your projectile-based Zoning better, especially if you use other projectile Gear moves or the Vine Drill. Not to mention it is really cool to see how Night Shade walks after you. Overall a great Legendary Gear.

Yeah but having nightshade out doing a full cycle of acid is where she shines. Not to mention this clashes with the one set where it was made for, she cant use it and still rock the fruits of crime bonus when he is out giving her extra resistance.

Actually no, the opposite is the truth. The fact that you can time the projectile from Night Shade at will makes her Zoning better. You don't need to worry about getting time to plant Night Shade and you can shoot it at the right moment you want. I also forgot to mention that Ivy also takes 10% damage while Night Shade is out (it's written for the Legendary Gear).

Meh, they could've made Poison Ivy's legendary gear to give her something awesome like an anti-air option, but whatever.

Joker's is bad aside from looking neat. Teeth are replaced by a randomized item between DoT jacks, a mechanical penguin that explodes and hits low, and a bomb that's unblockable.

You also start the match with 1 Ha and flying gas and rolling gas now do DoT (and are purple instead of green).
