Is there literally anything we can do about him waking up with that god damn annoying wake up? It seems like he can just spam it and continue to get away with it. I feel like it seriously needs to be punishable on whiff or block because at the minute it feels like I can't do anything but cry. I'm not crying for nerfs necessarily but I genuinely want to know if anyone has a good answer to it.

You can MbF/B3 as they wakeup. Will definitely put that into the mind of the Fate player, also great damage.
Good idea actually. I'm new to injustice and I've really been neglecting the b3 I feel. I'll try that more too!

No it's not.

And just mb b3 his wakeup. Or jump forward.
Can you whiff punish if you jump over? I find I'm always just an inch too far for a F2 or a B2. Maybe even a DB2(air) after the jump over? Because I'm pretty sure that you swap directions and would still connect the overhead

Crossup while he's recovering, projectile, mb b/f3, block then advancing mid to blockstring all seem to work. Even safe on block at least gives you a turn to push buttons.

Robin players talking about annoying wake ups lol.
Oh yeah he has a great wake up but it doesn't send you full screen to have to deal with zoning all over again which I feel Robin sucks at dealing with.

by what? because f2 push is safe vs superman's 6 frame super.
It's weird. I've been testing frame data and superman super is 6 frames if you are right next to him. With any pushback it's more.

I've been able to punish things with Robin db2 (9f) that his Super cannot because it is instantly at its max range within that 9 frame window.

So it is punishable and I was doing it to pig in our last set.

anyone's mb f3 will blow up anyone with any wakeup as long as it isn't multi hitting. its been the consistent way to blow up wakeup in inj1 too

As a Fate player, I can answer this.

1. You can 100% always MB F3 or B3 him, as its only a single hitting wake up attack.
2. You can always jump over him and full combo punish him with a cross over.
3. You can block point blank, as the Gliff raw won't have enough push back for him to escape (backdash) your next attack.
4. It only has one frame of invincibility, so it can be blown through with good timing, tough, but it can be done. @A Foxy Grampa does it to me all the time, I take the risk.

Some characters can NJP him from point blank HKD's.

The wake up attacks you should be concerned with are Deadshot's flip, and Darkseid's MB knee.
