Mystic can punish F2 on block most of the time with BF2 or exBF2 iirc
EX bf2 punnish it. but the problem is when you don't have a bar. you cannot do push, every normal won't reach Scorpion at all
Well you check him with a short run into a normal at those ranges instead.
Only EX push can punish a properly spaced Ninjutsu F2. And if they wanna spend a bar on a 12% knockdown, please do.
