Escrima has a better hitbox, but it's still hella slow at 12f

Cyborg felt the exact same. After awhile I just went back to air to airs for air control, and for me it is still the best way to defend against jumping, air footsies!

Lol at people thinking AA should be free in every fighting game. Every meta game can and should be different. However, these buffs seem good, not that they are easy and brain dead, but characters have better options now. Nice move NRS in my opinion.

haven't noticed any change to grundys. Possible better upward hitbox or u/f hitbox but you use AA grab for that anyway. Cross ups still get the d2 stuffed unless its done early. Maybe faster start up haven't tested that.

from what I tested (scorpion j3, deathstroke j3, batman j2, black adam divekick) if timed right Lobo can anti-air and punish pretty much everything.. sligtly mistimed it trades, but you can still punish majority of stuff

it wasn't bad before, but it's way better now

Shazams AA; arms and upperbody hurtbox gone, faster start-up and higher hit box.
can AA jokers ji3, scorp ji3 and trade with adams shin-divekick (very strict timing).

Shazam's was the first I tested. Holy shit is it good now.

They aren't. You still have to react pretty well to a jump to get an AA from it. Just a number of characters can actually get AAs at least by way of trade.

I honestly don't think many will complain about AA's really. Hell you can AA the hell outta someone in SF x T if you knew someone who had a bit of a habit jumping. SF IV as well. Especially the signature MK uppercut.

Why didn't you just fix venom to work with his anti air move, and then his anti air woes would be gone?

I haven't tried it yet in matches, but the reach and hitbox of it is so huge now.
