2nd DLC Season Pass just confirmed by Boon? More to be shown at E3 next week

I'd love him, but it seems unlikely. I can see them giving him some full screen grabs by TK and some big ass brawler moves, but seeing as how he (or some one else from Gorilla City) is quite large in that background stage I'm not sure how he'd work on screen...

If we go by the rumored second pass, and if that reddit guy is telling the truth (which I'm not too keen to believe) then I'm more worried about Supergirl/Powergirl making it in. I don't need another Kryptonian if Zod is announced. I'd be okay with it if he isn't though. I just don't need three.

At least we know #4 is not a Batman character for a fact.

Could just mean #4 plus 1 more which Boon sort of already confirmed.
Also could just mean characters as alts as well, there are a few rumours of this, but you're right, I think they are referring to full characters.

However Boon pointed out on twitter, quite pointedly, that he didn't say second season or four more.

Except that he's now guessed two more things exactly right. Second set of DLC characters were announced and we were told that Zod would be playable at E3.

No, we were told someone would be playable at E3, but that's a minor nitpicking. I haven't seen what NRS are doing and I predicted Scorpion and then Zod, and that Zod would be announced/playable at E3 because MoS AND IT'S E3!

So far, the only convincing thing this guy has done is vaguely predict Scorpion's trait, and even that isn't beyond the realms of guessing really well. And a second 'set' hasn't been announced. At least one more after Season Pass has.

Like I said before, if Zod has some baller summon moves I will shut the hell up and gladly accept it. But I still don't believe the guy, not without undeniable proof.

theres gonna be more than just Martian Manhunter, most likely a 2nd season pass lest we not forget Boons hints about "second" and "seasons"

This is getting kinda ridiculous... $60 for the game, plus $30 for the 8 DLC characters... Not to mention all the skin packs you can buy too...

But if I just want the game, with the complete roster, I'm spending at least $90-100 depending on how I purchase the DLC characters.


Does anybody else feel like we're getting hosed?

I say this as somebody slightly bitter about buying MK9 ($60), and waiting a long time to buy the season pass($15), only to see the Komplete Edition being sold for $20 a few weeks after buying the season pass.

Obviously prices drop, but I think it's lame that they were still charging $15 for MK9 season pass when they're Retailing the Komplete Edition for a few dollars more.

Zatanna for DLC!
I really hope it's Zatanna and not Red Hood or both. I really don't like the feeling of Power Girl on that list at all. I didn't even realize she was popular. I guess it's the breasts


Edit: I would like both Red Hood and Zatanna is what I meant to say.
