If 8 frame sword flip was +4 then you have effectively created a block infinite, the best wakeup option in the game, well basically the best special move in the game. That move is punishable for a reason. Its a gigantic hitbox, has multiple hits, flies through the air, and has 8 frame startup.

DS is still a very good char, just because he isnt up there with superfag dont underestimate how well rounded he is.

I think this is a much better representation of changes that need to happen, and even then only minor things. When you start buffing and nerfing things together en masse youll have wild swings in MU and end up screwing up everything, I think most people agree on some characters that do need a little help, but i'm confident it will come in time.

But seriously only 1 character having a 1 frame move everyone else stuck w/ 6frame at best is fucking ridiculous...(superman's super)

These nerf/buff threads are getting embarrasing...why does everyone feel the need to make a thread to share toughts what they want to buff/nerf? Every character already has a nerf and buff thread, thats already more then enough
