General/Other Shazam got some buffs in the patch

Okay, I'll post it in here too, his trait is about one of the best things in this buff.
Here's one concept in which you can use it, now in the other thread people questioned it so much, let me just say this is one concept of many other ways you can preform this.

I feel you. Once they nerf the world of dictators I'll pick him up as a main. I'm actually surprised they left him alone.

Because you know, f22 on hit doesn't give you free 40% or anything for one bar via an inescapable reset...

f22 4 is unsafe on block by a lot as well, so that doesn't exactly define "Safe"

The trait buff isn't that good, it's usable now, but there's no reason to ever use it when you lose all your knockdown pressure and mixups for a CHANCE at extra damage.
