Good is a relative term. The fact he couldnt beat fab with batman tells me ether his batman isnt good enough or there is a decent sized gap of balance between batman and black adam. To me it was obvious he wasnt very good with batman compared to himself playing black adam.

I play against them enough to know they are fine the way they are. If raven caught range reduction on crush half of her MU's would instantly be out of her favor, and for Grundy the only the I MIGHT agree with is getting rid of armor on normal walking corpse. If you were going to reduce his damage it should be slightly because I know he gets like 80% and that is a little much, but it's pretty much a reward for getting in.

It's fine how it is, why nerf something that doesn't need to be nerfed, that compensation wouldn't even do much, unless Grundy can cancel it at any time, instead of after a few frames. Even then, would still make certain match ups way harder than it should.
