How long ago was the interview you saw? Also, you said he doesn't practice "a lot." How much is not a lot to him? How do we know he didn't decide to practice more? Like I said you don't just magically get better at a game and start placing top 8 everywhere you go in a game you barely ever broke top 16 in half the time. You also don't body people as hard as he doesn in MVC3 as much as he does without practicing somewhat. The man is on a whole other level in that game and has been for about a year now. You don't just get that good, and stay there I might add, by just simply breathing.
I've been following streams for years.
Chris G was bodying the exact same people with Firebrand and Ryu.
No homo now, but that guy is something special and there is a reason why they call him "Chris Genius".
He isn't dominating with his Morridoom team. He is still having exciting matches against other great players. He is simply more consistent with that team, because of the keep away.
I'm not trying to convince you otherwise, so you can either take the stuff I say or ignore it... Chris G does not put as much effort into games as some other people do it.
The stuff he did in the Injustice stream was bad here and there and the reason is that he didn't bother to learn the game yet.
Trying to call me out on my opinion is being an overprotective fraud, because you're not willing to accept that someone like Chris G defeats the biggest names of your community, even without actually practicing for that game as much and playing vastly more games than your guys (and this last part was not directed towards you, Joker but
you are a fraud for not maining Joker).
