I realize now after helping in Feb. the only thing I did was shoot myself in the foot. I should have been like a few others and claimed my character was terrible or "not that bad" and saved the dirt for release because I'm not sure how today I sit here w this game and realize MY character was the only one taken to the rape wagon in the back yard and beaten

I honestly should have not done my job and said my character was worthless

You know the characters I spent the most time with were Ares, Lex Luthor, Shazam, The Flash, and Deathstroke (with a few more side characters) which was basically one character focus a day. I don't know what you're trying to imply about me, but I hope this is a terrible excuse for a joke. The reason you're really mad with Injustice is because Sinestro is not the Kenshi of this game. It's plain, simple, and anyone can see it.

Can anyone admit that yet? 8-2/9-1 MUs, glitched out to fuck, dominated by one character, the netcode was piss, flowcharting all day long (too bad that Sinestro can't flowchart in this -- I guess that's the problem), and the trainer was a fucking laughing stock for a 2011 fighting game.

Ultimately, my over all annoyance/frustration with the game outweighed my enjoyment. No game should have MUs so bad that characters become completely invalid in tournaments. Wanna play Sub Zero? Enjoy getting flowcharted by pocket Kenshis and dominated by it.

Everyone still played it, everyone was having fun, and EVERYONE WAS SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO PLAY THE GAME GLOBALLY (why would you do that for which a "shitty" game).

Every great game has those certain chars that dominate and certain chars you really want to see win just flat out can't unless your opponent just unplugs his stick/controller. yeah, the san antonio people are my friends, sorry if you dont really play enough to know me, but i'm sortof an active player nationally and most people around here do. MK is more fun at a serious level because there's an established fundamental game and meta based around ii.

Injustice is more fun because it's a new game and you get to discover the meta with your friends and figuring out what works.

Why not enjoy both while they last?

In time, perhaps people will learn more for MK9, but only time will tell. Players have become to overcome MSP in MvC2 but at this point the game is dead. MK9 was quite similar in character design to those older characters that just dominated -- Sagat, MSP, etc. However, I think that may have been possible to overcome, and devise more strategies against if the trainer actually functioned as a trainer developed in 2011 should have.

It's strange to me how rabidly anti-Street Fighter the community is but really despises anything worse than a 6-4 MU. Well, that doesn't exist in AE 2012, the tournament entrants are always quite varied.
