Batman - peak human physical ability, trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets....
Nightwing (literally trained by Batman) - peak human physical ability, trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets....
Batgirl (same as above...except she is a woman so she is "need") - peak human physical ability, trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets....
Catwoman - peak human physical ability, trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets....
Hell, I could even do this...
Green Arrow - peak human physical ability, trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets (especially a damn Bow and Arrow)....
Bane - peak human physical ability (increased with "venom"), trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets (venom...mysterious knife)....
Lex Luthor - peak human physical ability, trained in numerous martial arts, highly intelligent, uses gadgets....
