1) Swamp Thing is way in the lead over on this site's version of Boon's "unofficial" DLC poll. Not that random. Especially not random considering he was teased.

2) Black Manta and Mirror Master aren't random. Considering that almost every hero got at least their nemesis, and DC wants to prop Aquaman up as not sucking and having a decent back story, Black Manta would hardly be random. Similar thing for Mirror Master since Cold was out from the start.

If you want to talk about random and crappy, Powergirl. Of course fucking Powergirl is winning the internet polls. Sort of the same way the cat beat out the fucking robot to be the new Monopoly piece.

NRS should've just put in whomever the fuck they wanted and not left it up to the great unwashed to determine it.
