Because the dlc pack for the heroes (superman, batman, and wonder woman) were 3, I want to keep it at equilibrium too

Keep in mind that GL and Flash got their New 52 versions, as well as Nightwing and Shazam. So we could really have as many characters as have appeared in the New 52, if viable.

As for the top 3 though, you're crazy if your list doesn't consist of:
1. Old Man/Barbarian Ares
2. GL Sinestro
3. DotF Joker

Grundy's looks decent, and Black Adam would be welcome as well.
