I WILL EAT THIS GAME
I just want to say, as someone who was skeptical at best and doubtful at worst, that this game turned out to be 100x better than I had any expectation of.

As somewhat sad as it is to say, it's all I need now.

I'll never let myself go sour in Kombat, but ECT will be my last competitive MK run, as I plan on dedicating the entirety of my time to Stroking it.

This game is too good not to want to excel in, and given the exceedingly difficult AI, the plethora of in-game knowledge out there, and the very acceptable netcode that allows for legitimate online competition, it gives you every incentive to do so you could want.

Box is in love.

Anyone else feel like I feel?

I don't enjoy getting my pole smoked by Black Adam in a mediocre connection game, but other than that I'm pretty impressed. I agree about the net code - just gotta make sure you play with people you know have a good connection to you.

Same, I've never been as involved in a FG as this one. I spent hours in training mode yesterday. I NEVER do that. I was so happy when I got the execution of my BnB down that I could not wait to get started on sharpening another part of my game. Man, this game's gonna open a door for me that should've stayed closed. lol

I enjoy practically every part of it, it's such a well thought out game.

Even zoners who are giving me trouble are forcing me to think and react in different ways that I simply didn't think possible, maybe it's because i've been a scrub for too long, but I think it's showing me to just do what I need to to win, and "hold dat L" when I don't.

Injustice has stripped me of my mercy and i've never felt more liberated in a game because of it. Thanks NRS.

Same, I don't understand the decision to make jump ins have sooooooo much priority. But regardless, the game is just ridiculously fun to play.

This game is amazing. I get so hard when I win with Deathstroke spam because it's broken and there's nothing you can do about it.

I love it also. But doomsday and deathstroke need a patch from hell. I don't even fight people who main them now. It's so annoying.

No. Fk the matchup. I used several people yesterday to try to see if I could get around his goddamn gun. That shits impossible. Even with the teleporters. Doomsdays thing is that jump shit. That's shit seems like it has no recovery time. He can bounce off that bitch like a trampoline over and over.

Lol, it is not impossible to evade and get past Deathstroke's guns. If I can do it with Hawkgirl, you are damn well capable of doing it with Shazam...

Dunno about doomsday but deathstroke is definitely beatable. You just have to know your character and approach safely (duck high shots, jump low shots on prediction, dash in after machine gun). Learn your character's punish of deathstroke's spinning sword jump.
You also have to know how to maintain an offense after you do get in. Not easy but once you achieve that level of competence, you will not say he's broken.

I teleport right into his goddamn bullets. I crouch and try to move. I'm forced to crouch in the damn corner till doomsday(no pun intended). How do you do it? Btw thanks for the tips earlier. I wasn't poking and I was jumping way to much. I have to treat joker like I would shang tsung in a sense. Lol.

His sword jump. That too. How the fk do you punish that? Sure as hell can't anti-air it.
