I'm guessing Martian Manhunter will be the last DLC announced, since he's a highly requested one
and they want to keep people excited for this.

Nah, Martian Manhunter will be the 3rd and the 4th is gonna be a wild card, hopefully one from a comic book so even if it's a guest fighter it would still make sense in keeping with the comic theme of the game.
