I've done that several times with my madcatz, it's pretty easy. Just take out the screws on the back and you'll see some prongs holding this clear thing, thats the gate. hold prongs in and pull off then get click the new one in.Does anyone here skilled at modding arcade sticks? My Hori has an octagonal gate and I want to put a square gate on it.
