In the above demonstration, it causes a 7% increase in damage. I've tested it with smaller strings and the effect is less pronounced (as little as only 2-3%)--I believe this is because it is affecting damage scaling, so the more hits, the more pronounced the effect. Are you saying that this effect is intended?
I see--after reading the comments in the Character Power section of the demo, it mentions the damage decrease on level 2 and 3, but not the damage increase on level 1, which I why I thought it may be a bug.
To be honest, I'm getting better. Took me 50 tries to beat Doomsday on very hard on my first go. Now its on my 1st or second. I'm learning to spam 11 with batman because its safe and doomsday is pretty slow. Still, the cooldown and duration if it is so long. It effectively means that doomsday holds all the cards because you can do nothing to him that will threaten him. No juggles, no combos, just 3% damage every now and then if you're lucky.
You should talk to someone on the iOS team about making the Doomsday Diploma a support card.
