Lbsh vsm has been and will always have the most tournament victories. Until another team has more tourney wins and top 4 placements everyone will have to just HOLD that shit really close to their hearts. Gga is the second best team IMO. Respect the hell out of those guys .

Stock down. You cant imagine the salt. Had I beat @GGA Jeremiah, I would have fought Poke chop, then Jimmy von vitty, and potentially made top 8. Instead I lost by a hair and put myself up against @Mr. Mileena. I might be the saltiest man alive...but I choked. Stock down, salt up.

Stock up, and did beat Kitana Prime I might add. But honestly I wasnt in the hardest pool and lost to the two best players in it.

Only appearance of the burned one was LOTF and Scar's shitty alt Kabal's getting their backs blown out.

Ouch...stock way down. But also true. Kabal is done except for casuals if someone needs MU exp.

I think it is kind of funny that L0rdofthefly has been knocked out of every major tournament he has been to by the one and only, Kitana.

That's not the goddamn point, Reptile can do long blockstrings ending in a safe special at which point he gets to set up his silly dash or jump shenanigans, and off of a jump kick that's landed he can at least start doing dash oki that is ridiculous as well. There was 6 SZ mains there and highest placing was me at 17th (losing to Tyrant 2-1 and TylerLantern who I originally beat in winners semis) proving once again, Tom Brady is the only SZ that can make it happen in tournament lol

Theres been one tourney that VSM even attended in 2013. Nec was the last huge showing of all the MK talent and VSM was very prominent there making up the top 3 alone. There havent been enough tourneys this year that have had everyone there. GGA wasnt at almost any tourney until yesterday, where again, VSM wasnt. Just something to keep in mind. IMO, GGA is as insanely dominant but you cant really just say VSM isnt on at least the same level.

I actually agree with Smarrgasm there. Dallas and NEC were the last time we had a truly stacked major. No one wants to say that though. Every tournament is now "super stacked", it's lost all meaning.

I'd say that GGA of all communities has it the best right now. ATL will be the same way though come Injustice. We have an epic situation right now...its just too little too late for the end of MK.

Yea we are coming to the party late when it comes to MK9 minus pig. FR didnt showcase all of our talent especially when in top 16 tyler and jimmy played each other and then pokchop knocked out jimmy for top 8. I think we have a great chance to show up huge come injustice and after final round and my MK9 life, im super motivated to show how good i think i can be come injustice (especially maining someone above mid tier). With our ability to train thanks to reno and our new team mentality we have the motivation and the means to become a more prominent scene.

Oh man. Come Injustice, Montreal is going to be on the map hard. We have mainly a SF4 Community here. Only Jer and i really play MK here. But our SF group is the best in Canada. There will constantly be people playing injustice, and people to train with. When it comes to numbers, the Montreal group will be one of the biggest.

I've never been to a tournament were you can tell the ref "I may lose the ft2...but hey, I'd win a ft10 in the hotel room". This is especially a boneheaded talking point when you consider HE IS PLAYING THE ADVANTAGE MU.

Though I have no problem saying REO has leveled up and stands a good chance of winning a tourney runback.

Yea and I never witness a master of a player ducking that player out of money matches and only wanting to play in tournaments so you can "gimmick him out". Then reason you get to refer to it as the "ft10 in a hotel room" because you didn't want to do it for money but you still took it seriously and lost really bad .The way you handled the situation is not a representation of the trash talking 16bit on the forums.

Also, I believe tournaments are the only that that should really matter( besides money matches or "serious casuals") and since you do too , don't bring that matchup argument. You are not forced to play kitana. Also are you really the master of someone if you only beat them once in tournament (twice if you count the battle arena) and yet that person has been able to still win the next few majors after while OUTPLACING YOU (Maybe I am missing something but IMO the whole point of a tournament is to outplace as many people you can).

Last note, why are my posts so bad? Because I don't see it the same way as you?
Its cool to talk trash, hype your team and defend it when people have something to say but don't expect everyone to be in agreement. This community has a big problem with looking at things at a whole since half the people have selective amnesia .
Call GGA the best and hold your proclaimed titles all you want, but don't expect me to stand for your statements when I feel they are wrong.

P.S: I love GGA and all the guys there and I also criticize statements from my friends/teammates if I think they are wrong.

Ill start by answering your question- VSM (minus REO) was at Winter brawl (Jr, Maxter, Claude got 9th, Revolver got 5th?) So it wasnt really a bad showing.
Now back to what else you are saying. Dude, you are jumping to hella conclusions based off of unrelated things. 2013 is young for MK in general cause weve had 3 majors. SCR which is west coast insanely far from NY and which GGA also didnt attend minus Bit. Winter Brawl which only some of VSM was at and where they didnt do as well as normal but didnt do bad by any means. Then you have Final Round, where some of GGA was and they did really well. No VSM was there and even the known hardest hitters of GGA (dizzy and bit) were not there. So going by the last major where almost all of VSM and GGA were (minus dizzy i think) was NEC. GGA had only bit getting 5th and maybe some others making top 16. VSM made up the top 3. REO won all the mlgs before that as well with maxter and Jr always on his tail. We have to wait til something like EVO, the fall classic, or other fully stacked tournaments to really talk about this changing of the guard. I dont doubt that GGA is probly the frontrunner right beside VSM with all other scenes not really challenging either, but you cant say VSM isnt still the best as well.

Winter Warz please learn the rules for being someone's master. You can outplace your master and be a better overall player but they're still your master. I outplaced my lord Chris G many times for example. As always you're being super biased for NY.

Also, I am not being biased. Looking at almost two years of competitive mk, how is VSM still not the top. Prove that at this point in the game and I will admit to being biased.
