Injustice: Superman vs. Superman - Martian Manhunter, Two-Face and Trigon

Today IGN has uploaded a video of Adam Urbano taking us on a tour of S.T.A.R. labs. The first mission of S.T.A.R. labs is Flash trying to calm down Superman because Lex Luthor has kidnapped Lois Lane... you could see how Superman might be a little upset about this. Adam mentions how there are over 200+ missions with a really cool reward at the end. Raven able to fight Trigon in a mission as well?

Also, Alternate Superman is a character in a mission. Could it mean that an alternate universe is used in Story Mode? (AKA possibly Joker in the story is from a different verse?)
