ya seems to me a lot of people wanted Scarecrow who honestly would have been better than Harley

Its that he would be more unique as a character. Like with his fear gas and what not. Maybe he could make an illusion of himself like an ice clone that dazes them or immbolizes them in fear or something.

Better than two gun toting nut jobs or three martial artists with gadgets.

Im not really a Batman fan but I think only having 3 would piss off the casuals who buy this game seeing how all they care about is Batman (not calling any one on the site a casual)

I have looked as closely as I can at the screenshot. Everything seems to match up with Raven's comic appearance besides the color of her skin. Which might get explained in the comics. But then, a few chapters prior, Hal Jordon had black hair, Harley Quinn had blond hair in her primary outfit, and then in the same chapter as Raven's appearance, they completely swapped Nightwing and GL's colors.

That was Raven in that picture, I haven't seen anything to make me think Circe is in the game, tho I think she'd be fun

Leaves Batman, joker, catwoman. Throw in ivy and scarecrow. and I think you have an interesting and unique bat roster.

People are always going to make tier lists and some characters will always be better IMO. What would you guys rather have?

would rather have it small easier to balance making it more respectable of a fighter
this is kinda the first fighter I plan to get REALLY into so want I it to be big and by that I mean well Liked by the Fighting Game community

More Characters Free, when all is said and done only 5-8 Characters will be relevant for those who play competitively, might as well throw in more characters for the more casual players

Looking through this thread and seeing some arguing regarding Killer Frost/Captain Cold, and makes me wonder why we can't just have both. NRS managed to make Sub-Zero and Cyber Sub-Zero play completely differently, and storywise they were the same dude. I'm sure they could make Killer Frost and Captain Cold play completely differently (especially now that the Injustice comic shows this universe is using the gun version of Cold). After all, they managed to make Joker and Harley play differently even though they are both psycho gun-toting gadget-using clowns.

Some people have said that two ice characters is too much, but I disagree. Ice manipulation is a very versatile power and there is plenty of potential for uniqueness. Killer Frost in particular, since she can make all kinds of constructs making stuff like ice pillars/shields to defend herself from projectiles, or tossing ice boulders/shards at an opponent, or creating spiked ice gauntlets to increase her hand-to-hand damage, or coating her body in a layer of ice to reduce damage taken, etc. They could get really creative with her. It's practically "Green Lantern ring"-levels of potential.

It's mainly because NRS has the entirety of the DC universe at their disposal in terms of character choice, so choosing two ice themed characters from the literal hundreds of potential characters with unique powers would be a really odd choice. It's not that they can't do it, it has to do with why they would do it when they have so much more to chose from.

I'd love to see Cold, if for no other reason than to give Flash someone to fight - he is the de facto leader of the Rogues after all.

On a less likely note, it would be awesome if Swamp Thing, Animal Man, Firestorm or Mera got in.
We certainly don't need any more Bat characters, though Robin's still likely to be there.

Sinestro is there to be Hal's villain, Supes, Wondy and Shazam have very different powersets, and the only reason Adam in in is to give Shazam a villain. The Batman characters are there to sell the game, two relatively obscure ice villains do not serve that purpose. Cold makes sense as getting in to be a villain for Flash, but Frost serves no such purpose since Firestorm is not in. Why add two relatively unknown ice villains when there are so many more characters who could fill that second ice spot? Literally the only reason to have Frost in as well as Cold is because she is another female character, but if they needed more women then there are plenty of other heroes and villains with unique powers for them to choose from who would be both relevant and able to actually add something to the story.

Superman, Shazam, Adam, and Wonder Woman all have the same powers of Super Strength, Speed, Flight, etc

But they made them all play very differently. Surely they can do that with two ice characters? (Sub/Cyber Sub)

Plus, who's to say firestorm isn't in? The entire roster has not been revealed.
