At the end of the day, as much as certain fanboys like to say otherwise, this game was made for SUPERHERO/FIGHTING GAME FANS , NOT COMIC FANS EXCLUSIVELY. People need to stop being dickish snobs, lighten up and realize that in this particular case, non comic fan's opinions are just as valid as ours.

Not when people are asking for 8 characters from a series because that's all they know, not when people are saying "x character sucks" or "is lame" because they saw an episode of a cartoon where they were made to look weak. Everyone's opinion is valid but if you have a very small sample size of a character, series, or the genre as a whole then your opinion will not be taken as seriously as others.

its very simple to educate someone on a certain fact with out frothing in the mouth over a fictional character.

Same can be said the other way around, just because a character wasn't relevant in the comics shouldn't auto rule them out of the game

Then he needs to be for three Heroes and Grundy is practically everyone's villain so you can't really say "x doesn't have a villain yet" going by that.

very true. but do you really think throwing a rage fit and curses is going to make people stop doing this?/respect comic fans more? nope, its going to make us look like self-entitled, petulant children who stat fights over characters who dont actually exist. its just stupid to perpetuate a battle over something that could be helped with a simple civil statement. im not saying fans have to agree or that fans cant voice their opinions, im just saying that we need to be mature about it.

Who's saying "respect comic fans more"? From what I saw it was more "how can you say this person sucks based off some cartoon?", though not as nicely.

Raven will be the the Jade of Injustice, calling it now. She'll be terrible, have a high learning curve, and she will not be worth putting the time and effort into. :3 Oh, and the reveal will most likely be Ares; that one guy everyone cares so much about.

a Captain Cold fan whose username escapes me at the moment brought up certain sacrifices the comic fans make for their characters that the "tv fans" dont(paying lots of money for their appearances etc).

Killer Frost barely gets any shine in anything, comics or TV; Static had a comic waaaay back, had a nice run in Teen Titans vol 3(?) and had his own comic for a while, he's relevant in both; Manta is more relevant in comics than anything else; Red Hood is just fans being fans but he's definitely more relevant in comics.

Well the comic fans definitely support the series/characters by purchasing these monthly comics while TV fans just tune in and hope to see the character they like. That aspect isn't wrong, it probably was worded wrong though.

Here's the thing about killer frost and Captain Cold
if killer frost gets in it pretty much means Captain Cold who is a MAJOR character in Flash comics doesn't get in because she has tits literally the only argument for her to be in over Captain Cold

Characters shouldn't be chosen based on there gender they should be chosen by how important they are in all media Movies,Comics and even Cartoons the thing about killer frost is she wasn't even important in the cartoon the one place people know her from
