Me too, I think it's time based, or it updates the votes at certain intervals of time, i.e every 6 to 12 hours.

I can almost guarantee it. I didn't think they'd be so amateurish that simply cutting off the url partly would net me the directory, but sure enough it did. I browsed and there are NO videos anywhere on their server which means if it does exist its hosted externally as a link and I don't see any image for url's to videos.

I think its a facebook ploy. If there is a video its not on their site.
