That doesn't mean anything in a fighting game. If NRS are capable of Giving Harley, Joker, and Catwoman more gadgets and abilities in a fighting game, then so can Captain Cold with a gun.

Thats a lot different than choosing to go with a freeze ray over full on cryokinesis. Like I said I'm a fan if he's awesome but I wont be shocked or let down when he shows up in a cutscene with 5 other unplayable charactes

This is the first time I'm actually seeing that shot of Lex vs. Raven. Hm.

I dunno, I'm looking at all this shit and I still think top right might be Raven. Especially after looking at the comic and noticing that she lacks the lipstick there, and the shot vs. Lex shows the color palette as being dead on.

As for the red skin version in the comics, I don't particularly give a shit what color she is in a prequel comic set 5 years before the game's canon especially when it just looks like BEAST MODE. All it's done is make me wonder if she'll be a mode change character.

The big realization all of you guys are missing is that Raven has far too much DAT ASS in this comic not to end up in the game with NRS at the wheel.

And funny thing: I'm no Raven fan. But as I see it, the only thing standing in the way of this achievement acting as confirmation for Raven is that, oh yeah, the chick in the top-right totally might not be Raven.

Still haven't heard any explanation for why she'd be with a bunch of villains, aside from her apparently switching sides occasionally or some shit... I tend to drift off when people talk comic books at me. But I also haven't come across any suggestions that fit the bill as well as she does. My wildcard guess is Circe, just because. But I doubt it.

As for the chick in the middle, my position has been and remains "I have no fucking clue and all guesses sound equally retarded."

Take note that the center piece coming down from the top is off center, can see a little tiny bit of a nose. The head is turned a small degree which can make up for the chin seeming masculine. The curves near the eyes are uneven. You can see the left side more than the right side which I don't think a helmet would allow you to do. Same goes for the pointy part that is off center.

I think it's a hood, not a helmet. Still not really sure if Raven or Calypso or someone else that everyone is overlooking.

After reading the comic, this really looks more like a hood to me. The above is what I said last night before the comic was released based on the even more zoomed in version of the picture. The comic seems to have the illustration right on aside from the skin color.

The "oh hey Captain Cold looks different" argument is almost as bad as the "its Killer Frost cause of the blurry pic" one, I doubt NRS would only make the playable characters look any different and just leave the cameos the same ole same ole, also its not like Cold looked any more detailed than Boomerang or Grodd

No kidding I was suuuuuuuper upset when I heard they gave Captain Cold actual ice powers in the New-52.

Literally the only reason I liked him is because he is just a human with no powers and no martial arts training at all. He gets by just with his gun, his leadership, and his smarts. He's even killed a Flash before. When they gave him powers it literally took away nearly all that I liked from him. Lex and Captain Cold have alllllways been my favorite villians.

By the way, he could do alot with his gun, it's not just for shooting forward....
His gun affects the air, so literally he could just make practically anything he could if he had cryokinsis. He's done some crazy crap with his gun before.

I know his gun can put in work I just really feel if he was playable he'd have the ice powers, but a lot can change in 5 years. Either way its a win win either he's in and we get another cool villain or he's out and we get one of Flashes other awesome bad guys(assuming he gets one)

The change isn't even that drastic, if everyone were drawn like Weather Wizard except cold that would be a little more solid. When this game comes out there are going to be unplayable characters that look a slight bit different than they normally do to match the injustice universe like Cheetah or Mirror Master if he isn't playable.

Captain Cold looks like a Injustice character, his costume has a whole bunch of ugly Jim Lee armor lines all over his body, just like everyone else in the game, and they changed his costume in very strange ways that I would only expect of a MK game, like the weird faux trenchcoat coming out of his armor, and the Zelda cap.

Captain Boomerang and Mirror Master look a bit different, but they don't look like Injustice characters, they look like they belong in CoD.

Weather Wizard is basically the same.

Grodd is a giant monkey.

Mirror Master is the only one that looks detailed at all to me. Captain Cold looks like he could maybe go either way, but I'm leaning towards no. If detailing is any indication at all, this basically nixes Weather Wizard and Grodd from a chance at the roster.

Mirror Master AND Captain Cold would be okay. Getting some villains on this list that don't belong to Batman is a nice idea.

Blood there is none, but punching there is much.
