I found superman vs sinestro match boring lol. Hawk girl looks good even tho she lost. Arrows dash is insanely fast.

A couple thing to take note, hawk girl and superman's super have armor. Green arrows zoning didn't look that great as we thought, I don't think it will be that much of a problem getting it. Besides from that ... kinda not impressed. Sinestro didn't get the chance to show that much, but overall I don't like his constructs.

I did like Hawkgirl though. She looks like a fun character with great air mobility / options, but let's be honest here ... her super is just fucking boring.
I feel like they should change that one. It's even more boring than Batman's old super, where he kicked the opponent in the end. Hawkgirl hitting the opponent twice is simply lackluster in my opinion.

PS: That Giganta / Atom-Smasher stage is the best so far. Even Darkseid as a stage transaction?! FREAKIN' AMAZING!

Don't know what people are talking about but they showed a ton of stuff for Sinestro:

Anti-anti air projectile move, rings that bind for extended combos, lots of ring based fear images, fast projectile/string ender, etc....

yeah i saw Sinestro's potential but they made him look like a bitch Superman dominated the fight pretty much

That being said, the Hall of Justice stage is AWESOME. Martian Manhunter had a statue out front, as did Hawkman(surprising that it didn't get smashed lol), and what a way to transition into the Hall of Justice.

I disagree, I found her super simple and to the point. While it's nothing overly flashy, it's quick and painful-looking, plus the sky background looks gorgeous. I really like it.

Hawkgirl special move sucks big hairy balls, I mean why couldn't they make her charge up her mace with electricity or magic and have her go to town on the opponent? It lacks creativity imo I'm very disappointed, other than that tho she looks good.

Arrow made little attempt to zone. This isn't a tournament fight, it's more a show put on for people to watch and get interested in. A fight with the GA staying at full screen doing nothing but shooting arrows to keep Hawkgirl out wouldn't make for an interest-grabbing fight.

I was way more impressed with the stages than I was with the fights, this time around. I did like Sinestro's super, where he smashed Superman with two asteroids, and that weird little laser ball he summoned, but that was about it. Green Arrow looked awesome, as did Hawkgirl, though her super was ass.

Looks like we can rule out Darkseid as playable, at least until DLC starts being released.

EDIT: Also, it looks like Sinestro might rely on Cyrax-esque resets with that little shackle move of his.

Meh, the same way I called Flash vs. Shazam a fail because Shazam lost to a train instead of the Flash, I'm doing the same to GA vs Hawkgirl. She lost to Darkseid, not Ollie.

I thought Sinestro looked great. Hard to really judge him from just one fight of course, but his constructs looked great, seems to have a good variety of specials, his gimmick looks fun if a bit slow to start up, and that spider-leg throw is still probably one of my favorite things in the game.

Really impressed by Hawkgirl too, just so damn fun to watch.
