And here I thought it was the American fans clamoring for more Goku. I do think Gohan should of killed buu too. I mean we only spend like half the buu saga waiting for him to show up and he's gone after like 3-4 episodes.

Budokai 3 was (to me) quite enjoyable. I can't speak on those tenkaichi games though. smdh.

By the time the US got a widely broadcasted dub of the show, DBGT had ended around 2-3 years prior.

And if they make another DBZ Budokai game that gets played in tournament, it will force me into contemplating whether to put my full energy into Injustice.

I get it, he is an anti-hero, but let him show that he can actually get the job done for once. Have Kakarot fail or get discarded, kill Bulma or something, and have Vegeta go to a place where most could never go due to his already inherent Rage.

Explain it like this: No other Saiyan could ever obtain the level that Vegeta obtained due to the unique contructs of Vegeta's personality and the unique situation (Bulmas death) that caused all of those variables to be put in place.

i dont, i just want the old gohan back, the one who snaps and goes mad with rage and completely destroys his opponents, thats what gohan was known for, thats why i liked him, are u serious that the japanese got mad that gohan defeated cell? Dude he is the son of goku! Wtf is there to hate about that? I dont see why they weakened him like that, that was a bitch ass move, he would have been the strongest of the z fighters, and in all honesty could have carried the torch in dbgt instead of goku, i mean just look at the ssj4 version of gohan where he has the glasses and is holding a book, how bad ass does he look? He is the only son born out of the rest of the z fighter saiyans to have been born with his tail, that makes him special, dbgt could have been so great if they made gohan the front man...

Side note: gohan is the only half breed i believed who could go ssj4 for the simple fact he had his tail when born, the others did not. No tail no ssj4.

Yea, but Goku and Vegeta lost their tails and managed to still obtain SSJ4.

According to the series creator, he hated SSJ4, and wasn't even apart of it. I am sure in his mind it does not exist.

I agree tho, they set Gohan up to be a badass, but then ruined him with the Videl storyline. They redeemed him a bit when he became mystic, but they dropped the ball once again after that.

Between the end of Z and GT, Gohan encountered and fought Guile. As most of us can already figure out, Gohan lost the fight and was beaten mentally as well as physically. Gohan was awestruck at his defeat, unable to comprehend his loss to someone who possessed none of the training or skills he was familiar with. Guile, upon seeing his opponent wallow shameful defeat and self-pity, left the saiyan with a small tidbit of advice on how to carry on after losing to him. "Go home and be a family man!" Gohan sat on the ground with the blonde warrior's words repeating in his head. "Go home and be a family man!" Go home and be a family man!"...

...And Gohan did just that. He settled down with Videl and had a daughter, Pan. He spent all of the years up until the debut of GT a family man, out of fighting practice and a shell of the great saiyan warrior he once was during the age of Cell. Gohan would never be the same again.

Gohan was pathetically weak in gt, he became almost as worthless as krillen, im disgusted at gohan in gt infact the whole fkn z squad fell off im gt, only goku was really the strongest one, even vegeta fell off hard, only way he became strong is because he cheated off goku to obtain ssj4

Wow I can not beleave how many of you are missing why this movie is a big deal for us dragon ball 's fans

1) this movie unlike 95% if not %100 of the dragon ball movies we had watched it is made by akira toriyama who is the original creator of the drangon ball z series (dragon ball gt was not made by akira toriyama but by toei animation which is one of the reason it felt off place compered to dgz)

2) every dragon ball movie out there is like 45-70 minutes long which is one of the reason why they give you the feeling that everything is been rush from the dialogue to the fights because they are skipping all the suspend that make dragon ball great
I guess akira toriyama realises this and is making this movie much longer (121 minutes)

I used to love DBZ way back during the Saiyan, Frieza, and Cell saga. But after what they did to Gohan as the series went on, it just turned me off in digust. After all the shit Gohan has been through, you would fucking think he deserves the right to be the strongest character in the series.

NEVER before have I fallen in love with a character (counting all movies, shows, video games, etc.) like this just to end up disliking him/her towards the end. Unbelievable.

The end of the Cell Saga was probably the most awesome fight/story/point of the series, IMO.

Then they turn Gohan into some awkward high school kid superhero weirdo next storyline, and my boner just died.
Didnt bother going back. I know enough to know I want to see Buu go retarded over candy, but that's about it.

I agree the buu saga was good they did not killed gohan since by the end of the saga it was unclear who was stronger if gogan or goku

Since gohan nerver lost to buu

And both goku and gohan were stronger than buu
