I used to go to Service Merchandise and play the 3DO they had on display. I remember if you bought anything there you had to wait like 15 minutes for them to get it from the warehouse in back. So stupid... lol.

Dude, I was doing my teaching practicum and I just got my Vita. I called down to gamestop to see if they had the PDP trigger grips for it. They had 1 left so I asked to get it put on hold for me, I was even willing to give them my credit card and pay for it. They agreed to put it on hold for 24 hours and all was great.

I shit you not and I will get my wife to collaborate this story, I left work and drove down to get the grip and as I walked in, the same dude I thought was so respectful and courteous was talking about "This idiot who called and wanted to put it on hold (my trigger grip) and how he hates when people call to hold stuff and how lazy some people are to not just come out to the store and check". Nevermind the fact that I drove an hour and 30 minutes just to get the grip, but how lazy are you to not want to take a phone call. If I was rude or something I could understand, but he was polite as shit on the phone! I calmly walked up to the counter, payed for the grip, saw the shocked look in his eyes as he did this while I was browsing at other titles in the store, and told him to have a nice day as I walked away.

They have kissed my ass ever since. Good way to make friends I suppose.

Surprisingly I'm not against "digital only" game releases. It just makes sense nowadays. And I'm someone who does actively sell/trade games because I usually only play 1 game at a time. BUT there needs to be a trade off in price. A lot of people will see it as getting less if they still charge 60-65 bucks. And hopefully they have measures against piracy, and losing ur data.

Umm, it'll be like recovering a gamer-tag, you can't have simultaneous gamer-tags running on 2 separate consoles at once. You don't have to lug anything.

Do you guys still buy CDs? Not saying it's obsolete, but..

Just a thought, give it a honest answer, do you legit, wait for an album and go to the store every time your favorite artist releases their album, so you can feel the physical sentiment of having a disc in your car every time you drive, or home, or anywhere.

Also, it's been said there might be plans of owning an actual box, if you desire it. Of course it's money, people work crunch times for this shit. And it'll save consumers money.
