If I were making this, I'd totally pick random numbers, because no matter how clever you think you are making it reference something, someone will figure it out. The best way to make it hard for people to solve is to pick a random number.

Now we also know that C and E are the last two letters of INJUSTICE, so the combination might be related to the last 4 letters which are T=20 I=9 C=3 E=5. Those are also the numbers that are not used yet even once (except 3 I guess)in any of the combinations. So the 4-digit answer should be the combination of 9,3,5 and 2 or 0.

514 was originally found by Murdoink this morning. He said he randomly guessed and started at 500.

That's a great theory, except that the issues never got into the four digits if I recall correctly, Superman was restarted in the 2000s to issue #1.

I hear that but man... Issue 514 matches the last known code and its also the Fall of Metropolis which is happening in Injustice... I feel like its a clue for sure but yea thats not going to probably help us get a 4 digit code now...

Honestly guys if this number sequence does equate to letter for a message it is highly unlikely at this point that it would have a lot more vowels. Something beginning with a 1 or 2 is pretty likely. Odds on this next one is a two letter reveal and if so that sequence is either

1_2_

or 2_1_

or 1_1_

or 2_2_

Jump on those folks. Those are our best bets.

Tried them all except 1 1, admittedly might have missed a sequence or two.
