Hey guys, just finished up with my summer courses and decided to sign up now that i can dedicate more time to this game. I have always been a fan of MK and have been playing the Mk series since it's birth. I live in Wentzville, Mo and have been looking for an offline scene to become a part of.

Sry I havent posted here recently but, We have a decent group of MK Players here in STL. Just wanting to let everyone know that most of us play at Danno's pub on wensdays. Ill try and link a page for you guys to find the place if your interested.

We also have a stream, that streams mk on the tournament nights for it. Anyone is welcome to come out and play. Its normaly more than MK also if your into SF,MvC3,BB,GG,Tekken,KOF and more. You should check us out.

Thats it for now. This is the biggest place to play in STL area and alot of people from IL side come also. This is the best place to play and level up in the stl fighting game scene.

What platform is at dannos? I live about 4 miles away. I use my 360 capcom te at home. However, I could get good with ps3 controller.

In Salem Mo how is the scene in St louis. want to travel up there, but 2 hour drive. Worth the trip. I use a ps3 madcats te stick will that be ok to use? hope to hear back soon.

Most of the time danno's uses ps3's to play MK9. So you all should be good. There's a tourney there this Wednesday, should be interesting.

For everyone that use TE stick, most of us have dual mods TE sticks anyway. You can alway borrow from us. We're really nice You don't have to worry about system. Most of the time we play on ps3 though. Come to dannos this wednesday guys. Should be fun. CAnnot wait to meet some new players.

Yea I have a dual modded stick people can use. As long as your not going crazy on it or somthing lol. But anyways Please come out to Dannos this week cause mk tournament only happends like once a month or so and they cycle the tournaments everyother week to different games. I cant wait to meet the new faces. I was thinking the STL MK scene was dieing but i guess not.

Within the next couple of days, I'm going to be talking to the owner of Arch City about having another MK tournament! And I'll try and run this idea by him: For every ten people that enter, $10 will be added to the pot.

EDIT: Heard there was some new blood at Dano's last night. Thats what I like to hear. I've got a pretty rough schedule these days when it comes to games, but I hope to play some new people.

I really wish I could play offline more (I actually have never played the game offline with anyone), but it just isn't convenient. And I'm not very good, and I'd have to have a lot of offline experience to get better. The online isn't worth the time in my opinion.

MK9 has the worst netcode for a fighting game in a LONG time, and I've played a lot of MvC3. But there's going to be a tournament in two weeks from today if you're interested. You don't even necessarily have to play. You can hang out, get casuals in and get to know people in the scene. We're all friendly. Except Slips. He's an a-hooooooole. :idhitit:
