Why wouldn't she be.... High damage meterless combos, amazing range, best air 2 air game, godlike down 1, high tier zoning, can't really be corner trapped. I don't see any argument to that not being a top 10 worthy character

Because she is top 10. One of the best Footsie, counter poking, air controlling character in the game. She just ok against Kabal, and Kung Lao, cage, and most of the top 10.

She was a well designed, fair, top 10 character.
