Dinozords: Stage Ideas, Developer Diary Breakdown Hints at Mr Freeze and Poison Ivy - Join In!

The bottom line here is... these guys know their comics like the back of their hand and they are quite committed to community feedback and ideas. Dinozords, who runs a weekly Friday night stream show starting at 7PM EST, has uploaded and posted a few videos in which really reach out to the illiterate DC Universe fan in all of us. If you do not know the comics and these character's general backstories and so on... you will learn a lot about the DC world in minutes.

In one of Dinozord's videos, the "Stage ideas" it really opens the roof when thinking what all stages and what all combo and damage possibilities are at hand here. You will need to just check out this video to understand. I assure you... these guys won't waste your time and they know their stuff.

you both need to watch the videos in full if you haven't. I love Dinozords ... there is no BS, just knowledge and great opinions and predictions.. they suck me in!

Injustice: Batman and Friends edition.

I mean, can you really be THAT upset about it? Batman is the most sucessful DC character right now and NRS is banking on his popularity for sales. Thats my opinion though.

i would be upset if freeze would get in over captain cold. poison ivy i could understand. i would still prefer swamp thing but i could accept it. i hope they only make cameos.

I don't think Poison Ivy will make it into the game, since Swamp Thing is way more requested and they are a little bit too similar. Not sure about Mr Freeze though, but I think Captain Cold is a better option.

Though I'd love to have Poison Ivy, they need to cap the amount of Batman characters.

i think the only bat character i would gladly get would be bane as dlc with a design as far as possible to the nolan mask thing. i hate that thing.

It is going to be Captain Cold. In the first Injustice video it was the Flash who was dodging an ice blast and Captain Cold is a Flash villain. Besides they said they were going to give people with less of the spotlight some time in the lime light.

Am I the only guy who doesn't give a shit what this guy thinks? Feel free to blow me up. It's just this guys a scrub and probably after a month of getting his back blown out by the TYM boys he probably won't even play the game.

Lex Luthor should be the boss character for ladder. (unplayable)
He'd be in a full mech-suit and would be really difficult to deal damage to because of all that armor and weaponry.

Batman needs a better fighting stance.

Lastly Special moves I think will be overused and be silly if not done right.
I have a good idea how to implement specials only once. Would it be better to have a special of Superman's magnitude be used only once as a finisher? Example if your health bar gets to the point where its low enough so one of the players can perform a special move then the match is over. I think that would be a great way to not abuse specials and you as the player could still escape the special depending on your skill set. what do you think? I am talking about The one where he uppercuts the guy in space. I mean It would be silly to do that 2 times in a match to batman or any other non superhuman. Unless they have it where you can not use it until health is low or have two specials one small one leading up to the bigger one.

Would also love to see a stealth smoke pellet move

My thoughts exactly. From what I've seen so far, his moves are way too regular. He needs more character specific moves, like the ones in the video.
