Awesome Dan thanks. That should cement us at least 9 Asus monitors for the event spread across the games being run. I'm going over inventory with SweetJohnnyCage and Big E since I have 5 extra Asus monitors we use at YesterCades for event I borrow from John. I need to make sure we have at least 7 for MK9 on Saturday and I'd like to have them for UMK3 and MKII but we do have other good monitors we can use if necessary, we'll also have Claude Von Stroke's BenQ. Sunday we can afford to drop some setups. Overall right now I have 1, Phil has 1, Storms has 2, and then I currently have access to 4 of John's during the event but that may change.

Not that everyone in the following list is guaranteed or obligated to be bring anything, but just for the sake of sorting out potential inventory:

As for PS3s and games, between summoning and I, we have 3 systems and 3 copies of MK9 (2 Kompletes and 1 original with all DLC and costumes to be run on a PS3 that does not lag nearly as much on high motion as most), 9.95 has at least 1 PS3 and 1 MK9, Dark_Rob 1 and 1, STORMS 1 and 1?, Claude VonStroke 1 and 1, SwiftTomHanks 1 and 1?. (Anyone on this list who doesn't want to be staff or cannot bring anything/can bring more, please let me know so I can make a full inventory).

So as for staff members supplying setups without depending on registered players, that is potentially 8 systems and games right there, which is my minimum quota for 80 players (with aggressive player rotation) and the preferred quota for 64 (with encouraged player rotation). This will also handle the pools. There are other staff members coming to this event as well. Also for any staff supplying setups, I'd really liek to get everything setup Friday night or as early as possible Saturday morning if anyone cannot be there. If you are uncomfortable leaving anything in the locked room, or plan on running casuals Friday night in your rooms, please come to the ball room as early as possible Saturday morning. Other staff to be in attendance, pherleece, AC1984, AREZ God of War.

I am expecting to come close to 100 for MK9 so I would like to have those extra setups available for casuals on the floor while pools are going on and they might have to be supplied by registered players in order to happen. With every event we get closer to having the setups entirely supplied by the event coordinators and staff which is what I'd like to have eventually, but as tournaments grow, so does inventory and costs. Pools will be done on 6 setups + one stream station. I believe we have another PS3 dedicated for MKII and we'll run UMK3 on PC or laptop, same for KI. Even if we have to devote all Asus monitors to 7 MK9 setups, we have other good monitors for MKII, UMK3 and KI for saturday.

Pig Of The Hut what is your status on NEC as far as Friday night streaming with regional team events and MMs? I will see if we have access to the main room Friday night which will make things a lot easier. If not it'll have to be in someone's room but this way we can still have the stream setups ready for MK9 and 2D done early and ready for Saturday when people walk in.

If any of this changes I will post what we need to replace ASAP. Again, anyone in the regular staff not attending, not wanting to be staff, or not bringing anything extra please let me know.
