eh, you see people like PL get away with it at evo because it was coupled with a moderately effective gimmick that everyone any their mom spent months preparing for. Furthermore a lot of his jumps seem to either actually serve a strategic purpose or are clear input lag errors caused by attempting a teleport. One thing that has been widely noted though is his skill at anti-airing. if you notice he also wins every air-to-air in the above video. i think he jumps because he knows that he can in certain situations.

To be fair PL plays KL,a character who has too many options from a jump to warrant trying to AA him-Raw jump in,tele,DK,ect.

Mazdin's AA skill is pretty normal.I can AA just as well if playing on a decent connection/offline.Him winning Air-to-airs so much is more the other players fault really.Saja jumps so much it would be easy to read him and AA/Air-to-air him.
