No Country For Old Men - 8/10

First time seeing it and this was one of the best and well directed movies I've ever seen. Everything just flowed great and it had some of the best cinematography work in recent years. The ending imo was lackluster and is the reason for the 8/10 review. Still, such a solid movie.

Come On Die Young
Abduction - 5/10

Taylor Lautner is one of the worst actors I've ever seen and should not be allowed on film. None of the plot made any sense and the dialogue was cheesy as hell for the most part. The action was okay, but unfortunately it didn't happen often enough and the directors preferred just showing Lautner with his srs face for half the movie. However, it took place in Pittsburgh and had the final sequence take place at PNC Park so it gets a 5.

Looper - 8/10

Not amazing but is overall well done and has a very strong storyline. Sorry I'm not much of a reviewer lol but it was worth the trip to go see.

X-Men: First Class

9/10

*SPOILERS*

Watched it for a 2nd time and it was even more awesome. The only things keeping me from giving it a 10 are how they killed off Darwin, Angel also being kind of pointless (although might see more of her in First Class 2), and continuity errors from previous X-Men films (not really a big deal). Just my opinion though. It's one of my favorite movies, and my favorite out of all the X-Men films.

Sin City

10/10 One of my favorite movies now. A absolutely outstanding movie, I recommend it to anyone. The presentation is amazing, movie is mostly noir with color splash effects, it really brings the essence in of the graphic novels. Great fuckin' movie. Can't wait for the sequel to be released next year.

7/10

It was cheesy and more of a Kids type movie. However, it did affect me emotionally, almost no movie does that to me.

Outstanding movie. Never will I forget watching this for the first time as a kid.

The Matrix Reloaded

5/10 The movie sucks because it completely canceled out the main idea of the first Matrix film, which was GDLK in terms of plot/action. The main idea of the original film was that "The One" would end the war between The humans and the machines. Unfortunately, The Wachowski Brothers ruined the entire original film and credibility of the Matrix franchise with one scene. The scene I'm referring to is when Neo reaches the Architect. He states that there are 5 previous versions of the matrix, and that this is the 6th version. Also, that there are 5 previous versions of "The One". The job of The One is to reach The Source, and pick 23 people to rebuild Zion after it's inevitable destruction. If Neo Chose the door to his right, The Source, Zion would be destroyed and rebuilt with the 23 people he chose. If he chose the door to his left, to save Trinity, the matrix would crash killing every human connected to it. Furthermore, Zion would be destroyed regardless of his choice. Long story short, he chose to save Trinity, but the matrix NEVER crashes and none of the consequences for choosing the door on the left EVER came into play. My main point is this....Zion is the last human city on Earth that houses human beings unplugged from the matrix right? So if Zion was destroyed and rebuilt on 5 separate occasions, and you kill the people of Zion after X amount of years, what is the point of the war between the machines and humans if the machines have them beat in an infinite loop? Furthermore, why didn't they just terminate any human whose subconscious rejected the matrix if they were going to kill them anyway? It gets 5 points for the Freeway scene alone.

The Matrix is more confusing when you decode it. To quote Cypher "Ignorance is bliss."

Wait!!!! Sin City is getting a sequel??????? THIS IS GREAT! I HOPE IT DOESN'T SUCK

GDLK news! I loved how they had like 4 separate story arcs that were connected and related, but not in chronological order. I still dont understand the ending though lol.
Yeah haha, That Yellow Bastard is chronologically the first ever story, even though the Hard Goodbye was the first graphic novel to be released.

The ending with Becky and the Salesman can be anything really, I believe Old Town hired him to kill her because he's a Hitman, and shes the snitch. Watch the intro first then the ending it makes sense :p

if jared leto was not in this the rating would probably be different, his beauty is very distracting. the doc's basically about his band's lawsuit with their record label and how it affected the album they were working on at that time.
