Correction, every grass root tourney is marvel Mecca :p

Can't hate them for being more popular but W MLG on their "fighters" circuit we are kind of the big dogs for now in terms of stream pull so it is fact to say we get more love there currently

Nowdays at many grassroots tournaments I am actually happy if there is an MK stream at all.. Extra credit if the matches happen when they were announced to happen, with a double bonus if pools are actually broadcast.

Every tournament is important, but we shouldn't kid ourselves about the reality of competing with other games -- so any tournament where MK is given the 1st-class treatment it deserves is alright by me :)

Ehhhh. No other major outside EVO come close to Marvel than Seasons Beating. For majority of the decade, Seasons Beating has done it big for Marvel 2 and Marvel 3.

MK9 is the big dog in MLG's fighters. I would have to say, its very fortunate that capcom said "No" to MLG getting SF4 or Marvel. Rumor has it that IPL is working on getting Marvel though.

Overall I think Fighters in general need to be bigger. An individual game might be the "big dog" but in reality its more like the chihuahua being happy at its corner outside while the real big dogs "LoL and SC2" are inside the house with all the comfort and care. But thats for another topic.

Well for starters. I will Quote my statement "NEC is ran by the community, and the stream is from the community not Big E!" You said that NEC 11 stream was ass, and blamed Big E. So in reality, you bash the community at the same time you say you love it. It is not the TO fault. I believe that is what I said. So continue stroking MLG and be sure to where a tight hat to prevent your head from growing too much and exploding, from that Ego infection you are suffering from

I think the worst thing about the stream getting shut down is the fact that it probably was given no exposure and MK would not have been streamed if it weren't for GGA and they still maintained upwards of 500 viewers. I think that's damn impressive considering the circumstances.

I dont understand how my post has anything to do w an ego

In Short All i said was MLG guarantees production value and respect where as Grass roots guarantee Capcom Dominance with full respect to them. It makes sense as i stated above because capcom games have larger turn outs.

Me stating the facts has nothing to do with "ego" it has everything to do with stating factual info.

NEC last year was one of the best tourneys ran besides stream issues and last min top 8 time changes.
