I wouldn't be surprised there were several streams coming out of the event, even DOA had its own stream for awhile.

Of course cibernetico, the fgc is all about capcom and their 16 thousand viewers, the FGC is capcom

Is it true that the MK guys had to shut down the stream because the stream chatters on the main Capcom stream were complaing to much about it being laggy? Is that true?

I doubt it, GGA has their own 4g card. It's how I've streamed the tournaments when I used to do it. They don't rely on the venue's connection. Hell, I bet that the MK was smoother than the capcom stream for this very reason.

Not to sound like a dick, but when sponsors are involved and being on the main page of twitch.tv lag stutters matter.

Also they are paying console combat (iirc) as their streamer because spooky couldn't make it (and they were paying him as well). The main stream is always more important than the side streams especially since money is now involved.

this is regardless what game is on the main stream. For all I care it could be MLP: Fighting is Magic. If they are paying for their stream time with sponsor support, they deserve lag-free streams.

Its similar to what happen to KOF at MLG. KOF brought in less sponsors, less viewers and therefore was relegated to lower quality stream.

If MK9 brought the numbers and the capcom people were complaining I would say the same shit. There is no double standard here. Also its Seasons Beating, the Mecca of Marvel for almost a decade. Does anybody expect the same treatment as marvel at SB:A?
