I dont want kabal banned on a personal note

but this glitch needs to be as was smoke's glitch

If the TO or MLG staff said to me that it's either Kabal or this glitch? I'd say Kabal because by allowing this you're allowing a slippery slope to occur that will bleed into Injustice/mk10 and people will be gunshy about including NRS products

I think Kabaal needs to be banned in general. Would make watching these tournaments a lot more exciting.

So basically, if Kabaal does this in round 1, and he is player 1, then he gets a guaranteed win, right?

If we ban Kabal, it'll start a snowball effect hitting Kenshi, Lao, etc until the only legal characters in the game are Jade, Sheeva, and Kano. No bannings. You don't have to get your main banned to be able to switch characters if that's what you're looking for bro. : \

Smoke glitch was never banned. It was a bunch of conspiracy and over-reacting by players who didn't like the character in general (sorry, m2dave), and cry babies. No one could even do the glitch at the highest level consistently, it was a non-factor and too low of a threat to warrant a ban. Ask xSMoKEx when he did the glitch on me if it was on purpose. It was the results of him dashing after I was staying motionless for a while and the exact moment I happened to get an input bug. All pure luck.

Why would Kenshi and Lao all of a sudden become targets for a ban? They have no exploitable glitches that affect gameplay at the highest level. If anything, it would affect characters like Cyrax.

Pretty much people are using this as a reason to finally ban Kabal because he has been making people's lives miserable.
But what about Skarlet, Raiden and possibly other characters out there?

NRS needs to issue out one more patch where a lot of this stuff gets fixed, just one more time.

Why don't you ban Cyrax too since his resets can happen anywhere on the screen when he has meter? How about smokes glitch? Its very specific so might as well ban smoke too. Hell, ban jax and quan while you are at it.

Because I can still come back from losing 80% damage to one bar Cyrax. I can come back, and slim as it is, I can come back and win.

This is broken because you cant beat Kabal when he is like this. Justify your broken character all you like, ride REO's dick all you like. The game is a joke now.

But that would require NRS to actually give a shit about MK while making injustice. NRS's name is becoming tarnished. Hopefully they don't handle injustice the same way they've handled MK.

I can't do the glitch with Raiden. Probably just me though. I want to see a video of it.

There's a video showing Skarlet can do this and im not sure but i thought I read somewhere someone saying Raiden CAN do this.

It's not Kabal I have a problem with, this glitch. If a handful of characters can do this, that's this games competitive life coming to a close.

How am I riding reo's dick? Have I even said anything completely directed to or about him?
You can come back sure but the odds of that happening is less than a kabal being able to use this glitch effectively.

These glitches are GAME BREAKING. This isn't like a reset that nearly kills you, or p1 advantage....this gives the characters INVINCIBILITY! How is Cyrax 80% combo not as bad as this? Im sorry, you are blinded by your main to see this is a joke. Skarlet is my favourite character in the game, and she can do this and I think that is bullshit and she should probably be banned as well. And now it appears Raiden can also do this?

We all know NRS probably wont do anything about this anyway, cause it's all aboard the Injustice gravy train.

Until someone proves this is a problem at the highest level of play and shows it requires a ban, you people are wasting your breath.

Ask Tom Brady about the shit we had to deal with in past MK games at tournaments. There were things far worse than this that were allowed because they weren't highly consistent in top play.

OMG I was hoping no one would ever discover this lol. REO Why am I not surprised it was you who found out about this. Well since you found this one, I might as well let the Quan Chi players like Under_The_Mayo that they can do the same thing. You can only do the glitch if you get hit during the round or take some chip, if you win with a flawless the glitch won't work.

Before reading the thread I voted Yes.

Then I read the thread and what Reo says makes sense. For the glitch to occur you have to lose the first round, in the corner (you fucked up there) and by a forward throw (learn to throw block it)

It's an escapable situation after all. Unless you have 1% left and the first throw hit kills you.
