They do have Tv's there. If you get there early enough, they usually have em available in the storage room. By 8 or 9pm, most of the tv's are in use usually. But they evetually get freed up at some point. As for the tournaments, I've only seen mvc3 thus far. If you can't make it today, try next week.

i want to man but only thing really stopping me is being broke lol. if i had a stable job going right now or ever get my taxes back then id be up there chilling with you today. i want to learn some new kharacters like lao and some of the girls.

Hudathan, do you plan to come to xanadu often in the future for mk?

Thinking of running weeklies like we used to do for soul cal back at UMBC, but there's no way in hell I can be up there every weds night.

I haven't been in the scene and I mostly just play casually these days. I don't even know if there is a strong local scene for the game and I'm certainly not a strong advocate for it myself. I'll see how much I get back into the swing of things before I decide, I've taken a break from playing but a new game like this is just what I need to get motivated again.

Good news guys! I'm likely to attend next Wednesday, the 8th. Not 100% sure yet but I'll keep you updated.

If I can make it I'll be bringing an MK9 setup w/ 2-3 fightsticks/pads.

Can any of you bring the component cables for PS3, please? I don't know where mine are.

Also, you guys might want to bring your own controllers for your own preferences.

i can bring my xbox but i only have one controller right now my friend has the other :/

not to sure i had a small 19 inch hdtv that i gave to my mom after i got off living on base i might be able to take that. not to sure about it though but i can def bring my xbox if needed.

Don't worry about it. I'll bring my tv and if I get there early enough (by 6pm) I'll see if I can't borrow one of their monitors to hook up to my ps3.

I'll try to remember to bring my comp cord in case its needed and of course ill have my pad with me.

Yeah, bring that cord if you can please.

Also CASPER, just bring it. Leave it in your car or whatever and if we think another setup is necessary.

If there are enough people there on Weds, and if I can make it, I'll run a tourney. No entry fee, double elim, PS3 only. Might even bring a cam to record matches. We'll see.

Well, let's focus on two things first...

1. You coming out
2. getting MK9 casuals going

I'll be bringing a camcorder to record games and do player interviews, fyi

And I am pretty confident I'll be able to use one of their monitors again as well.

guys not to sure if im gonna be able to make it tomorrow. only got like 4 bucks to my name right now lol. all my money is in my card that im going to ocean city with this weekend and cant draw money out. ill see if i get a dollar in some change or some shit. pathetic right lol. so its just 5 to get in right and thats it for the night? and if anyone does have a 360 bring controllers just in case because i really hate ps3 controllers and do horrible with them. storms pm me your number just in case and i can let you know ahead of time if ill be there or not. i really wanna come out and up my game so we will see...

I get off today at 5 so I should be there around 6:45-7:00pm. I have to finish something real quick after work and will head out once I finish it.
