UltimateMK.com To Merge w/ TYM Tonight!

So tonight TestYourMight.com is going to get a little boost... actually a major boost. The Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 resource that you may know as "UltimateMK.com" will be merging with TYM tonight. Not too long ago, we also merged with "ClassicMK.com", the Mortal Kombat 2 resource that was led by ZAQ who is also an Admin here. With this being said, tonight... TYM will gain a ton of information in regards to primarily Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.



The merge is set to begin around 10 PM EST tonight. The site will be turned off for about 2 hrs, give or take and then we should be back online as long as everything goes well. This is a huge honor for UltimateMK.com as it was created by Shock in memory of the person who got him in to the scene, Ryan Hutnick R.I.P. Shock is also now an Admin of TestYourMight and considering Shock is the man who is famous for today's Mortal Kombat competitive community, the honor is all of ours.

Shock and I spoke more on this at ECT4 so the "Wiki" section of TYM will likely also get UMK's UMK3 strategy guides with names, ded , Konqrr , Shock and many other OG's involved in their creation.

When TYM gets turned back on you may not notice the change immediately due to this being a multiple-step-process and tonight is the first major step. From here, all respective information, threads and forums will then be gradually merged with TYM's forums, i.e. UMK3 character forums.

All the forums, threads, posts, etc will be merged with TYM, so all members who were posting on UMK will gain those posts here. That process may take a while to completely sort out and verify who was who, I'm sure the forum software has an email matching option which will make that a lot easier. The forum will remain intact on UMK, and locked, almost like a museum.

The guides, combo videos, match videos, etc will also remain on the UMK server and be directly accessible through there, but the guides at the very least will be officially published through TYM in the near future. At some point I will probably move UMK entirely to KombatNetwork's server to save me the bandwidth cost, and DreemerNJ can convert UMK's forum software to something more simple so he can have open access to the vBulletin software if he wants to use it for something else.
