If you guys are interested in casuals in miami let me or josedacuban know so far we just have us two plus another two good players.

If your interested PM us on the boards and we will give you info on how to join us and get some offline play going on.

I also plan on buying equipment to start running streams of our offline casuals and maybe later on run local tournaments here in miami.

Man, I only heard about this and didnt actually find out when it was going to be. I shoulda asked. You guys had a pretty nice turn out here. Bigger than the last one. Well, keep me posted and I'll try to attend the next one =)

Oh and I think the real winner of this tournament is RamenO, for getting a Stryker up to 4th place. =P But seriously congratulations to everyone. Good stuff

Definitely give it up for RamenO. He gave me the scare of my life and almost sent me to losers. I had to drop Sektor to get Kano out lol. Also shout outs to DJ Milez for sending MattNasty to losers and meeting me in winners finals.

After that match, DJ came over to me and we both laughed at how close that was.

Was ggs all the way through. MattNasty has a sick Cyrax, though, gotta give him props.

the tournament was so much fun. i gotta say i was impressed by DJ and we had some killer games. i was mot impressed by that stryker player. i lover to see different characters doing well in tournaments.

Been playing Skarlet lately, and my god I love this woman. Annoying "hyaaaa" every 5 seconds aside, she is so timing and execution heavy I think I have a hard on for her. :D

Her Kunai cancel seems like a better version of Stryker's gun cancel, and she has a lot more options it feels. Hopefully I can get her at a competitive level for Titans 3 and Tampa Never Sleeps.

@XBLMindGamez: I'd be down for some local stuff. I dont even mind if it was just some get togethers, we should all do that more often anyway. It would really step up our game.

@RamenO: Skarlet is a lot of fun, but I dont have the patients to sit down with her. I say go for it, it would fit your style especially with her kunai zoning. Just remember, the speed in between each throw is going to get nerfed I believe. But, yeah I'd definitely like to see a good Skarlet hangin around. =)

Things to keep in mind about Skarlett:

1. Most of her Matchups are very lopsided. She either has really good matchups (any character that can't anti-zone)) or really bad ones (any anti-zoning characters)

2. All of her good matchups are BECAUSE she has her fast kunai cancel that will be nerfed in the next patch.

Oh man, matchups don't bother me. I wouldn't main Stryker if they did. :D

She's just too much fun, I'll definitely try to whip her out for at least casuals in the mentioned tournaments.

Just wondering if there are any south florida MK players hit me up with a message on the boards going to gauge interest in a possible local tournament need about 8+ players or so to be able to run it at the local arcade. hit me up.
