not saying it shouldnt be striven for, but is there even such thing as a balanced fighting game? seems like something like that would take 4 years or 5 years of tweaking to accomplish.

After xsmokex lost to REO I knew the same shit would go down like always. KAAAABAAAAAAL! It's not even that I hate the character Kabal...it's just he is a piece of shit that needs toned down.

On Topic: I can see why CD. Jr. is mad ,but still REO would still be damn good with another character we all know that. We also know that REO would still be up there with you CD jr

He's either going to be amazing due to both great zoning and in close pressure options or terrible if you make certain things unsafe or things slower. The very character design is IMO terrible - tons of options up close and from afar. By contrast, other characters are balanced around being great one way or the other or merely good in both ways. But Kabal's very character design - from MK3 - is broken.

With that being said, we will fight every Kabal that comes at us with all the experiance and knowledge we have, and if we lose, it will be different in the kommunity's eyes, there will be no rest bite for us, we will not be afforded the same sympathy that the USA players will be given, no one will say Kabal is bullshit then, we will be ''exposed'' instead.

USA players can lose to high level Kabal's all the time, and no one will say shit, but you know what? If we lose, we will get torn apart by the kommunity, and you know it.

I can see why people want to nerf Kabal. It's pretty frustrating. to be sure. However, if you DID nerf Kabal and left the rest of the cast alone...doesn't that mean Sonya or Jax or Cage or Kenshi take his place as the next, "broken" character?

This was one of the best tournys I've been too, So much fun. So much Hype. So many good players, so glad I came.

Thank you very much to the New York guys for making it up to Canada and supporting the MK scene like it deserves man !!!!

Everyone might say same old same old, but you have to realize how good of players these guys are man, and there is a reason that any tourny they go to they are in top 8 and top 3 with consistency. If your gonna troll on here about it, make it out to the next tourny there and take them out yourself, don't criticize the people that do have the nuts to try do it. I thought everyone there played great, and I saw some of the hypest matches in a long time just in pools, not to mention top 8, (I jacked my voice cheering during top 8!! Yo W1nter and xSmoke you killed it!!) it sucks that we only got top 16 streamed, but getting that 8v8 streamed made up for it.

Shout outs to PlayPal and Insuprable for putting on a show for the MK universe :)

But also mad props too all our Canadian players, although I didn't have my best day at the game, I still had one of the best times of my life.

And yo, don't forget xSmokex is Canadian :)

Great Tournament, Great Experience :)

Is Kabal broken? Yeah, maybe. But this is all REO, no other Kabals have done shit.

REO could start playing Kung Lao or Cage or whatever character he wanted and he would still body everyone and make top 4 every time.

Jax is top 5. GP cancel and 100% reset in the corner just for starters. I forgot the other 7 buffs he got since the game came out.
