Because Kizzle and M2Dave were already established as successful players from prior Tournaments. Kizzle was talked about after Final Round, that was his moment of fame. M2Dave is already known from Coco/Tourny's.

This kid is 15, online, first Tourny, first offline, took on REO, landed almost all resets, did crazy interesting shit with Smoke from a Spectator PoV, I think that's why. This dude was just established online, that's it, and even then only a handful knew about it skills. . It's fair props to him IMO.

This kid came out and dominated everyone, only lost to Reo, and came down to like 20% health left in the last match. Funny how ppl tell online players to come out to tournies, they do, and they do well, and ppl still dont give them the respect they deserve. It doesnt matter how many ppl or how much talent was there, the shit he was doing was fucking incredible. His reads were fantastic, and no smoke player to date has done anything like that. Especially pullin off that glitch in tourney play. Quit being a douche and give this kid some respect

nah man, you can't throw around MU revisions because of one set of games. It's still one of Smoke's worst (if not THE worst) match up. Unless RM_xSMoKEx had new tech against Kabal, all it means is that he played what must have been the games of his life against REO (I didn't see live, I'll have to watch later). Maybe he was doing something that I hadn't thought to do.

I did give him respect and I will continue to do so, BUT get this kid out to bigger & better tourneys. But i still saw comments on twitter and here and people were going crazy and imo, it wasnt warranted. Thats just my opinion. dont like it? ignore it then. pretty simple.

No, I completely agree. IMO it's Smoke's worst too. But I have to admit that that match made me question whether it's really 3-7 like I believed, or just 4-6.

Those who didnt watch smokex play yo really got watchhis games against playpal, neo russell, insuperable, and winter warz. He played Smoke in a way ive never seen....landed almost all resets and was on point with his anti airs. Taking the worlds best Kabal to last game last round last combo? That was amazing and he even confused Reo it seemed with how he was playing Smoke. Attacking with 2, 21, and 214 constantly after d3's???....thats discipline....all us other smokes would go right to a b2...that gameplan he had def confused everyone. SmokeX/RM Smoke whatever you want to be called you showed everyone why Smoke is top 8 and used Smoke to his fullest...never seen Smoke played that way and congrats on beating great players and glitching Reo lol. I do have a question though @RM_xSMoKEx...are you gonna use those screen traps you posted few weeks ago?
