I didn't find your earlier post. You can play on anything wired to the console, but you cannot use turbo or programmable functions. Wireless controllers are explicitly banned.

Also said all game are on 360's, is this true? I'm not the only one who thinks this btw (was pointed to srk link by a friend), you might want to clear this up in OP if you haven't.

And I also just realized I told only two people after reading this on srk. Don't make me out to be some rumor spreading machine.

I work on SRK, but it is not "my" site. I've never posted anything that would indicate that we would be using CRTs at my events. The only CRTs being used at UFGT8 will be in the mystery game tournament. On the actual UFGT website (http://ufgt.us/) , we are clear about being on 360 and say nowhere that we'll be using CRTs (because we aren't).

Hope this clears things up. If you can find where you read CRTs, I'd love to see it so I can destroy it. A quick google search of UFGT and CRT only brought up this thread.

It would only make sense that the battery-less wireless 360 pad be allowed. Practically child-proof. If anyone needs any spare play and charge cords during the tourney, I should have some extras with me. I've built up quite a collection of them during my numerous years of being a 360 owner. Fucking things replicate worse than Tribbles....

And yes, the spinning d-pad version really is the best. I cannot pull off Smoke's bnb's without it, lol

Absolutely. Without the battery, it cannot connect wirelessly and you are good to go.
