He doesn't as much as some would claim. Just need to fix a few glitches with him that are totally unintended and he needs a slight damage buff midscreen (4-6% imo). If he had armor, I think it'd be too much. lol. I think he's fine how he is. I just think he needs buffs before Mileena.
They should just leave the game alone at this point. If Sub Zero is fine, Mileena is fine. Everyone wants their character to be good enough to take on all matchups but it just isn't the case in this game unless you play a select few. In the case of Mileena you could probably list at least 10 characters that need something before she does. She is good but not the beast people once thought her to be. Serious question: Would armor best be used on EX telekick? I just feel like its an anti zoning move already, and it doesn't really give her a lot of room to move against rushdown characters in the first place. Just seems like it would be better on Neck Bite. idk. I don't play her. I'm just curious your reasoning for that choice.
Well, telekick -> aerial Sai does go against the engine of the game because you are canceling a special move after another special move. I believe it should be removed and Mileena should be compensated with buffs. She is not really a good character, but some of these suggested buffs are pretty funny.

And why is Sonya broken? She has bad MUs, she doesn't have 10-0s in her favor and she's not as safe as people think. Her divekick is punishable, isn't it?

Dude I was being generous. Have you noticed every month shes dropping in the tier list. Be honest what does she have going for her? Shes good vs people who jump. Everything she does is slow and risky. She cant really hitconfirm any of her strings into roll except 23 but even that string is slow. When the game evolves shes going to drop considerably.
What are the 8 that are so bad she needs buffs? I know Kenshi has to be one since that armored tank wrecks a lot of characters.
