Its either Mileena or Kung Lao. I think Kung Lao is a solid answer to some of the bullshit that has been frustrating me lately. My opinion can be swayed both characters serve similar purposes, kung lao might be the better of the two.am guessing you're not for the shaolin? lol
yes, but mind you, these are very close, cyrax is indeed in my top 15, but not by far distances. Cyrax could very well have been in my top 10 if it were not for Skarlet, but Skarlet, Skarlet Skarlet, that girl is highly underrated.

It was bound to happen eventually. People's attitude changed about zoning, and there's now a larger focus on footsies and correct reads. Cage has some of the best footsies, and one good read from Cage can change the round. Add this to his superior offense, and you have a pretty devastating character when played correctly.

I'm not trashing cage or any cage player,simply saying there are characters who have better tools,imo he's 11-12th but definately not top 10,just really close.
yeah id imagine someone like kenshi destroying cage
thing is,many people confuse tier lists with top 10 lists,they're different,while someone may have good matchups he may be lacking something important,a really good aa,that little edge he/she needs on pokes,the frame adv on certain moves,little things that can bump a char up considerably.
Nobody had any qualms about Cage being top 10 circa-Evo, seems the discovery/removal of dirt (in Cage's case, F3,2 2-in-1ing in specials) is a bigger concern for the community than their own fundamentals and the game's overall nuances. No wonder the Jade and Sub-Zero forums aren't showing any progression, they're still falling back on theory fighter.
