reptile beats raiden? since when? anyway like i said, fit him inside the top ten, who does he replace? not cyrax? too much damn, command grab mixup and cyblax? safest teleport in the game, smoke reset and all sort of tech on smoke's part, freddy armored ex ground spike is the best special in the arguably, high damage full screen frame traps. kung lao, blows up your pokes on block, anti air spin, good pressure, mix ups, he's just a beast if played right. i can go on, i just dont see where cage fits man

im not putting my personal exp with cage effect my placement, the fact is i named ten characters better than him, doesn't matter how good cages rushdown is, he sucks everywhere else on screen, i play almost every character ( except sheeva and kano) and every character in the game has a better option than cage does outside sweep range ( rd kick and ex forceballs to get in works once per match on never in high level play)
This is my top 10 list as well, lots of people are unware of Skarlet, she is A+ at minimum.

have you been keeping up with all the tech and his frame data that just came out? he top 5 imo resets, best anti zoning character, one of the hardest characters to approach with that standing 2 anti air, the only thing he lacks is armor, but that would make him op. you shouldnt sleep on smoke
I find it interesting Sektor is like that too. You can't zone Sektor, neither can you do with Smoke and it's a pain trying to get in on them. It's ironic how Smoke is a really bad match up for Sektor, zoner/anti-zoning characters one beats the other. I still believe Sektor is really, really that good. I can't wait to see more IKIZZLE on tournament streams go hard with Sektor.
def sektor is def 11th on my list, he's really good, and his 6 frame jab, if sektor had a fast over head launcher, he'd be top 5, something like smokes b2.3
okay then you must not think raiden with a life lead is the best character in the game then? tell me who raiden loses to? the only character raiden comes close to losing to is sonya, that is arguably 5.5 in her favor, just because of dive into %40 combo for a bad tele, but if you play bitch raiden, then raiden is top tier, not these rushdown predictable raidens. tell me how would you approach bitch raiden? because as soon as you start a string near him, he tele and you eat f2, 4 super for %22, he runs and shoot his lightning, you wiff and your dead against raiden, and armor on his ex touch and superman, yeah please explain further as to why raiden is not top 10?
smoke? take out cage and put smoke and you have the list my friend. smoke does %70 with 1 bar and is the best anti zoner in the game, i dont see how one dimensional cage out places him
I've been maining smoke from the start, but now use cage 90% of the time. Smoke's a good anti-zoner, but deals no damage from a distance. If you don't have a life lead, it's very difficult to get in and once you're in you have nearly no pressure game with no strings giving you advantage on block or hit.
