He is in my bottom 5 for a couple of reasons. Firstly, a lot of people talking about his Elbow Dash, and how he can wiff it to get in, which makes up for his slow speeds. I think that once you get used to fighting Reptile _offline_ you can predict when they throw out one of those, dash forward and then punish. I think if people used his invisibility he would be better, however given that it is still vastly underused (IMO). He can control space with his force balls, but I think that a lot of people can trade a projectile and still block it (slow force ball). He has decent space control, but he is just so slow. Slow walking speed, slow moves startup, and his only fast move is punishable. I think online experience decieves people about the Elbow Dash. Just my take, a lot of people disagree, I know.
